There’s nothing too interesting to write about today, unless you find that getting a cold on a tropical island is absolutely and utterly fascinating. Oh, you do? In that case… Nah, I’m just kidding.

I was feeling better yesterday and decided that I’d go ahead and give my fridge a much needed cleaning. The fridge is sparkling and organized now, but I’m in worse shape than when I started. That wouldn’t be an issue considering that I can usually stay in and sleep it off if needed, but today is shopping day and I don’t have that luxury. It also happens that I had some baking planned for a bake sale I’m helping with. It also just so happens that laundry needs to be done. I can’t catch a break here, can I?

I was talking to a friend yesterday and I was telling her how all these things around the house just seemed to get done on their own when I lived at home. Yep, I never saw them being done and yet they must’ve been done at some point. I suppose it’s my turn now to become the invisible house fairy. Ugh, being an only child had its benefits but it certainly had drawbacks too.
