Goodness, it’s been a while since I last updated this. He’s already had the interview, which went great, and we found out he was accepted last week, on February 13th. :D He’s starting this May and hopefully we won’t be on the island for more than 20 months if things go as planned.
Our to do list is a mile long but we’re crossing things off every day. We’ve been in touch with the housing coordinator and we settled on a place the other day. We still need to get a few more vaccinations and a police clearing. I’m still without a passport but that should be fixed in the next couple of weeks.
To add an interesting twist to the move, we’re attempting to organize a very small and informal wedding right before we fly over. That should keep me from being bored with packing, right?
