I visited four bridal boutiques on my quest for the perfect dress. Let me just say that I’d rather subject myself to countless torture methods before stepping foot into another bridal boutique. Yes, the visits were helpful in confirming what I already knew, that I would look ridiculous in anything other than a slight A line skirt. Other than that, I was lucky enough to observe things you only read about in bridal magazine horror stories. From ripped tags, stained gowns, incompetent boutique owners, no cameras allowed, internet warnings, and outrageous prices, I saw them all. I ended up settling on the dress I had initially picked and I ordered it through Pearl’s Place. I am so relieved to have that out of the way.
